Chef’s Table in the Dining Hall – Valley Café: Eating to Gain Focus and Concentration

Tuesday, October 20, 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM in the Dining Hall

Enjoy a healthy lunch that will improve one’s focus and concentration. As you dine, learn about the foods that will improve focus and concentration, especially, for people who have been diagnosed with ADD/ADHD. This event is sponsored by OAA and Sodexo.

Mindful Meal Prepping to Improve Focus and Concentration

Information about disability laws and the history of disability rights in the United States will be on Instagram (dapi.marist). Members of Delta Alpha Pi will be posting throughout the week.
