DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FIX IT YOURSELF.
Let a student assistant or staff member at the Reference or Circulation Desk know that there is an issue. They will come and fix it.
If you can't wait for the document, cancel it and reprint it on another printer.
For any other error messages, alert library staff and they will fix the problem.
This includes loading paper and replacing ink cartridges.
