Ahoy and welcome to Moby Dick Club! Moby Dick Club is a book club dedicated to reading and discussing Moby Dick by Herman Melville. Our goals with Moby Dick Club are varied. We hope to foster a culture of reading and exploration. Moby Dick Club is a chance to read something famously intimidating with a supportive community of students, faculty, and staff. By supporting each other through this more challenging read, we can prove to ourselves that we can do hard things! And when we work together, we can have fun doing them.
Our general interest meeting is September 17th from 5:30 to 6:30 in the Gartland Reading Room.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at Nancy.Calabrese@marist.edu, Margaret.Roach1@Marist.edu and Jeffrey.Canino@marist.edu.
