Collaborative Room Reservations: Making Reservations

Student Collaborative Room Booking (including Presentation Practice)

  • Students should self-book following the links on the library website.

  • Because of the authentication system, we are unable to reserve on behalf of students at the circulation desk for regular use of Collaborative Rooms.

  • Students can obtain assistance with Collaborative Room booking from the student assistant at the reference desk or over the telephone at ext.2029.

Telephone or Skype Interviews

Career Services has spaces available for video and telephone interviews. These spaces should be utilized when available..

If no spaces are available from Career Services, Collaborative Rooms can be reserved for individual use by students ONLY for video or telephone interviews with potential employers and internship hosts.

  • To request a room for this purpose, students must present a completed "Library Video/Telephone Interview Room Request Form" linked below to the supervisor at the circulation desk. Print copies of the form are available at the desk.
  • Video/Telephone interview rooms may not be self-booked, and it is recommended that you reserve the room ahead of time to ensure availability.

Additional guidance related to interviews can be found by visiting Career Services.

Faculty Collaborative Room Booking

  • For the time being, faculty rooms must be reserved through the admin module by a circulation supervisor.
  • Requests for multiple room bookings, booking more than a week in advance, bookings of duration longer than 3 hours should be directed to Nancy.Calabrese@marist.edu.
