As you are conducting research, if you discover an article or book of interest and are unable to access the full-text, you can an request the item through either ConnectNY or Interlibrary Loan (ILL). These services are free of charge to all Marist students. View the information on this page to discover how to use ConnectNY, set up an interlibrary loan account, and start submitting requests.
If requesting a book, please search the ConnectNY catalog first before using ILL.
If requesting an article, please use ILL.
During the upcoming summer, a new ConnectNY system will be implemented.
In preparation for this upgrade, no new ConnectyNY requests will be accepted after Thursday, March 11, 2021.
Please plan to place ConnectNY requests prior to this date.
Any ConnectNY materials that you currently have checked out or receive prior to March 11 do NOT need to be returned on March 11. You may keep them until their official due date.
After March 11, our regular interlibrary loan system will continue to be available to request materials during the ConnectNY transition.
You no longer need to create an account to use ILL, simply login with your Marist username and password when prompted.
Use ILL to submit a request for a journal article or book that is not available in the library or through ConnectNY
